Heslinki is the most 'honest' city based on Reader's Digest

Helsinki is the most "honest" city among 19 cities in the world, based on a test by the magazine Readers Digest. The magazine left 12 wallets in public places in each city and measured honesty by  the number of wallet returns. The wallet contained 35 euros and a paper with the mobile phone of the holder. Overall, the "honesty" in all the cities reached 47%, while most honest city was stemmed Helsinki, where residents returned 11 of the 12 wallets. 'Less honest' marched two towns in southern Europe, Madrid and Lisbon, with residents returning 2 (Madrid) and 1(Lisbon) of the wallets .

GIANNI MOTTI
"Big Crunch Clock" 1999

In the run-up to the year 2000, Gianni Motti made and set going the “Big Crunch Clock”, a digital clock with twenty numerals: five billion years calculated to a tenth of a second. The work counts the time separating the sun from its explosion (the “big crunch”) backwards.A bigger one has been installed in the Palais de Tokyo since 1999

And an other project from Gianni Motti. I think we can approve of as monument for artists's assistants. http://www.perrotin.com/Gianni_Motti-works-oeuvres-25129-146.html
